Please consider adding a click and collect option or changing your partners, and consolidating orders into one delivery. Ram couriers is not the best and it’s difficult to get hold of them for feedback. -- laru09, 2024-12-18 ### ***-- "App" Can you add more filter option’s especially in the sale section eg filter by category >>>>clothing>>>dresses>>>>tops> >>bottoms >>>>>shoes….etc. It’s tedious going through the whole page when looking for something specific -- Sim_19, 2024-11-03 ### *---- "The set up" I don’t like the set up of the new app because it doesn’t give us all the categories that are on sale. If I want to check the skirts on sale it doesn’t show the category for skirts -- Tshegobaby, 2024-04-12 ### ***-- "Confusing" It is not easy to navigate -- Zewa89, 2024-03-28 ### **--- "App has no back button option" Kindly look at your app functionality, if one selects an item to view, there is no back button to back to the list of items in the chosen category. One needs to go back to the main menu select and start browsing from the top of the list. Obviously this impacts on the UX and overall customer experience. -- Ntombi14, 2024-03-22 ### *---- "New update" Terrible new update doesn’t have a back function. After I’ve clicked on a item to view then I have to go back to “home” and start all over again to view a list of clothing in a category -- Mama Licks, 2024-03-21 ### *---- "New version update" Hi! Good app, however with the new version update there is no return button once you click to view an item. I have go all the way back to the start to continue looking at the other items. If this could be fixed please! :) -- Laeeqah M, 2024-03-21 ### ***-- "There is no back button" There is no back button on the app. When you want to go back you have to go right to the beginning. -- Mul_lo, 2024-03-20 ### **--- "App not user friendly" The new app is not easy to use, there’s no back button so everytime you click on an item you have to go back to the home button and start the search again. It’s also very slow when scrolling down, one line at a time the old app was better I had no issues with it -- Chamakasonde, 2024-03-19 ### *---- "Delayed delivery for the 3rd third in 4 month." I am not happy with your courier, RAM. They always deliver my parcels late. I’m expecting a delivery today; but when I track it, they say the delivery was unsuccessful…and I am home waiting for it. -- Nxali…, 2024-02-13 [View all Forever New South Africa reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Forever New South Africa Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | South Africa | Shopping | #68 | ## Apps Similar to Forever New South Africa - [Online Shopping Fashion Zando](https://apptail.io/app/online-shopping-fashion-zando-xwh/south-africa) - [Woolworths (Pty) Ltd](https://apptail.io/app/woolworths-pty-ltd-cEM/south-africa) - [Superbalist | Fashion App](https://apptail.io/app/superbalist-fashion-app-BGM/south-africa) - [Mr Price App](https://apptail.io/app/mr-price-app-EGM/south-africa) - [OneCart: Shopping On Demand](https://apptail.io/app/onecart-shopping-on-demand-FGM/south-africa) - [YST](https://apptail.io/app/yst-Smnb/south-africa) - [OPARI FASHION](https://apptail.io/app/opari-fashion-JyJb/south-africa) - [The Local Edit | Shopping App](https://apptail.io/app/the-local-edit-shopping-app-pMJb/south-africa) - [admyt South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/admyt-south-africa-HaUb/south-africa) - [Lovisa SAF](https://apptail.io/app/lovisa-saf-cmwn/south-africa) ## Forever New South Africa Available In - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/forever-new-south-africa-KyJb/south-africa) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/forever-new-south-africa-KyJb/germany) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
