## Forever Resorts South Africa Reviews in South Africa

### *---- "Very old app"
The app does not accept my email address, keeps on telling me email does not exist
-- tcb123456890, 2024-11-17

### ***** "Updates helped"
I guess the app had a rough start but works just fine now
-- AnG3LZA, 2023-08-24

### ***-- "Functional"
The initial app had a few bugs but still i managed to book and enjoy a great weekend at baadplaas. Hoping the bugs have been resolved with the update. Overall the app serves its purpose quite well.
-- wmamvura, 2023-03-16

### *---- "Does this app even work?"
If I could give 0 stars I would. It was so easy previously to get a quote and book on the website, but now it is an endless struggle to just open the app… I cant even get to the booking section… Very disappointed Forever Resorts!
-- AmiliaF, 2023-02-25

### *---- "Please let me talk to a human being"
I know how much time and energy it takes to develop an app, and I understand that it has taken the owners of this business a lot of time and commitment to launch this app. Please be warned that the decision to move bookings over to this app was wrong. Look at the data. Save the R1000000 spent on the app and pay staff instead.

Sincerely,
Mr. Random Software Engineer
-- Of Taste, 2023-02-17

### *---- "Your app does not work!"
Please don’t force your potential customers to download an app that doesn’t allow me to choose the resort when I try to make a booking. Update your app urgently if you do t want to loose customers!
-- Melonie Fick, 2023-02-07

### *---- "App doesn’t allow selection of property"
Really does not work well. Forced to use the app that doesn’t work., cannot book. Obviously shows they don’t want business…. There must be a serious drop in bookings when one can’t book
-- Shortybots, 2023-01-15

### *---- "Useless App - Shutdown, work on it & Relaunch"
Useless, always on server maintenance. Have to call the office and make bookings- why have an app?
-- BaloMs, 2023-01-09

### *---- "Useless app"
How stupid that you can only book for the current month in the app - makes it totally useless! Good luck holding for an operator
FIX YOUR APP
-- Cindy Diane, 2023-01-07

### *---- "Worst App"
Not able to select destination, how do you expect one to make bookings.
