TRAIN LIKE YOU MEAN IT • A best-in-class workout logger — drag to reorder, supersets, warm-up ramps, RPE or reps-in-reserve, rest timer, and a 1,300-move illustrated exercise library with search. • Live progression cues and a celebrated PR moment when you hit a new estimated 1-rep-max. • Weekly volume per muscle vs science-based landmarks (MEV / MAV / MRV), a bodyweight-normalized Strength Score, push/pull balance, a training calendar with streaks, and plateau detection that prescribes a fix. • Proven, periodized programs — including the Galpin Method framework — that ramp your sets weekly and auto-deload.

FUEL IT RIGHT • Adaptive calorie and macro targets that learn your true maintenance from your intake and weight. • Log meals by photo, barcode, search, or voice; track protein, fiber, and the full micronutrient panel.
