## ForHealth Description
ForHealth lets patients book medical appointments with their favourite general practice and allied health providers. The service is free to users and allows patients to book a doctor's appointment in 3 easy steps: 

1. Choose a reason for your visit
2. Select a practitioner 
3. Choose an appointment time

By using the ForHealth mobile app, you'll also have access to the following features:

- See availability of doctors in real time
- Fast access to your favourite medical providers and practitioners
- Customised doctor and appointment type set-up to ensure you book with the right doctor based on your condition
- Quick bookings on behalf of family members and dependants
- Email notifications confirming your appointment
- Ability to cancel your appointment adhering to provider guidelines

Can you guys stop changing the name of this ap???

I need this ap to book appointments with my dr… cause THEY have chosen to use this ap.
I don’t need to see my dr very often, so I have no need to commit to memory the name of the ap my dr uses… but apparently I do,… I remember this ap as being called Halo… but that doesn’t come up in any search field I’m using… then I tired “health”… nope that didn’t work either.
I had to scroll through several pages in. The ap store till I found this ap- I recognised the icon tile, and it’s downloaded.. 

I dunno… maybe link/imbed some more search terms in the ap.

Simply one of the very best Doctors I have had the privilege that has taken me under her care. The pain I was enduring was so bad I was close to being suicidal. She has put on the right medication and I cannot express enough how she has changed my life. I go through pain every day, can’t sleep, but thanks to her, I can now manage it, which gives me hope again. I cannot thank her enough. I run a multi million dollar company and saw many countries in my life, my younger brother stole that from me which I created from nothing and now lives in America quite well now apparently. Being a former Police Offer, I’ve seen a lot in my life, but the one thing money except for the the ones that really have money, always get priority. I’ve seen both sides now, and I feel so sad and feel for the people that deserve so much more because they have nothing but love and family to try and survive. It’s breaks my heart because I’ve been lucky to see both sides now. I think Dr Ahmed, truly and I honestly mean this, she really does care and goes that extra mile to want to care and look after her patients. I’m lucky to get to see her at 11.30 am this coming Friday. My kindest regards, Darren Connell.

I booked an appointment when leaving the practice, then got home and booked using hot doc for my mother the appointment slot after mine so we could go together to the doctor for the flu shots. It was confirmed. We turn up and then there’s no second appointment booked, not at our time or any time, nothing! We were seen straight away then after we got seen, I logged into the hot doc app and showed the secretary the second appointment we had booked! Still nothing!

My Covid booster booking via the app a couple of weeks ago:
1. Booked using the app well beforehand 
2. Responded to the following  confirm request message 
3. Attended on time and checked in at reception then assigned a  seat outside doctor 
4. waited 40   Minutes as 5 patients came and went, walked to desk and confirmed my attendance 
5. Approached doctor at door and she checked to explain there is no record of my appointment on her list.
The system failed me. But she fitted me in thankfully.

Now - today
Just booked appointment with my regular doctor for a double appointment.
I selected existing patient but the app  at the end message confirmed me as a new patient requesting a 15 minute earlier attendance for paperwork as a newcomer 

I did select existing patient. I’ve used the app a few times so am familiar with the system
