loving the workouts & affirmations
i absolutely love the workouts and the affirmations! it’s been helpful for me to stay consistent, training at home is always better for me in that sense. at first it felt weird that there is no goal setting, starting weight or calorie count on each meal and other things like that; but now i kind of feel like that is a good thing - being healthy isn’t about measuring anything, it’s about how you feel inside and out. plus, it helps me to just focus on working out and eating healthy, not on counting calories and on kilograms.
tip: add a shopping list of good and nutritious ingredients and food! that would be really nice 🤍

I absolutely love Sami’s workouts!! But I wish there was an option of not being just follow along vídeos as sometimes I want to have my own music playing while doing the exercises, the video itself is a bit distracting sometimes
