The app is very clunky having to go through many forms of authentication and menus just to do simple tasks. Once your in the app is good, but having to constantly log back in is ridiculous in this day in age. Security is important, but this is a benefits spending account, not a bank, so just tone it down. 
The automated ai customer service agent is garbage and will ask you to login no matter how many times you do.

Changed their name from Twic to Forma to seemingly refresh their profile for a fresh start from mostly negative reviews it deserves. They then had a lot of BOTS write false 5 star reviews. With obvious bot names.

The claims process is manual and can be denied for stupid, inaccurate, or flat out malicious reasons. They keep putting the reason as lack of payment info but it’s clearly on the receipt, along with itemization, purchase date, and amount. Sometimes works slowly. Sometimes scams quickly.

Recently my job decided to switch to Forma from another company that was working fine and much better and it has been one of the worst experiences to use this company. They tried to tell us that the app is “user friendly”, it definitely is not. I enabled Face ID and yet I still have to go through the encryption log in anytime I want to use the app. They are extremely petty and will deny claims if your date or price is off, like it’s so had to read a receipt and see that the information is correct. The other company allowed us to have recurring claims so that if I submitted something like a grocery bill, I wouldn’t have to do a claim every single month. With Forma you have to submit a new claim every single month and if any of your information is slightly off, they deny it and you have to submit a new claim. It is definitely not worth the headache to use and so I opted out of my company’s reimbursement program.

My employer used to have the gym membership reimbursement different and now that we are using Forma it is the worst! They should hire competent employees. Everything gets rejected. Wish we can go back to the way we used to submit claims with the company and not with Forma.
