Does what it claims to do and has worked well for us for many years now.

Shame the developers feel a 48% subscription increase is just.

Will now be looking for another option, as feel developers are clearly heading in the route of many and just becoming overly greedy.

A 10% price increase would have been justified but near 50% speaks volumes of the developer’s.

Once you get to understand the form building tools is so easy to produce a form for whatever occasion.
In 15 minutes yesterday I put together a form to cover risk assessment to comply with the service users requirements while I was still on the work site. We were awarded the purchase order and started the work because of the speed at which the assessment was was produced. 
Our competitors were still on their way back to their offices to change their standard risk assets comply.
Electronic reporting that can include photo makes life soooo easy and there’s no paperwork to get lost.👌

Great little app! 

I wanted an app that helped me move all my paper forms over to an iPad app which was easy for construction workers to use without specialist training. After making some enquiries with a number of specialist providers and getting quotes in excess of £150 per annual licence, I heard about FormConnect Pro which has been the best “Well, it’s worth a try” decision I’ve made this year!

Really simple to use, good selection of features and top notch support whenever I’ve needed it!

Definitely recommend giving it a go!

I love this app! It does EXACTLY what I needed it to do for a fraction of the cost of many other apps advertised by "specialist developers" with price-tags well over 5 or even 10 times this one!

Not only does it have an intuitive interface and an excellent range of customisable tools, the support is fantastic both via the online blog and also the contact form - in which I got my answer in under 2 hours with a clear explanation and set of instructions, complete with a screenshot to help me!

This app shows potential but as it does not support PDF format (particularly when so much electronic documentation is PDF based) therefore you cannot import your existing paperwork to go paperless. Unfortunately I only found this out AFTER purchasing the £10.99 app and on contact with the developer they show no interest in making the app PDF compatible.

The form is a great app but some of the functionality when transferring forms between iPads doesn't work as suggested. Instead of updating existing templates it duplicates them. It'd be nice to know when the app will do what it's says it should.... Unless I'm doing something wrong? Any advice would be appreciated!

I Have been using the FormConnect iPad app for a few months now I just wanted to say how useful I have found it especially the ease of customisation for the forms which is invaluable, the form I use most I am now on version 3, and each is an improvement on the last – it has certainly streamlined my work and makes filing (all done electronically) so much easier than scanning and saving paper forms as we used to do.

That seem to offer something different yet fail to impress. Poor, dated look hardly suitable to use as a customer interface at exhibitions - the main reason I downloaded it.
Also has some bugs on my ipad 2. 
Developer seemed to have little interest in my views or developing it further.
