There is a bug that causes trouble, it will delete your information randomly. Not so convenient to call customer and get information you’ve already asked for and entered in front of them -- Phantom staff, 2025-05-28 ### **--- "Limited and Buggy" There is a crash problem. The app functions are very basic at best, especially the field options. UI is what you get and the 5 form themes cannot be adjusted. Online resources is basic and glazes some of the basics. Text fields editing appears to be limited to the 1 font, using a single color and style choice. They limit the table field to subscription while their competitor Tap Forms offers it in the same priced paid app. Also you cannot adjust field layers so that fillable portions are on top without deleting and re-adding fields constantly. Online documentation and videos seem to be incomplete with even the basics. Like what is the PDF Text box option for when you can enter text whether it’s on or off. To be fair a lot of use cases do not require a lot of features, so this app might be enough to meet your goals. I am reviewing the paid and free app (not the subscription services or customer support). So I recommend trying the free one first with one month of subscription ($2) before committing to paid (or sticking with subscription). They do bug fix updates so I imagine the crash problem should disappear. They also do not collect data which is nice. -- OkieXP, 2025-02-01 ### ***** "Works Great" I’ve been using FormConnect Pro or + for some years now and I’ve been able to make some impressive detailed forms with it. I think it’s the best app of its kind in the AppStore ,when it comes to features, offline use, and support. The only thing I’d change is the ability to use transparent png images, using different fonts, and the ability to use and lock layers. Overall this is an awesome app if you give it a chance. -- CaricatureArtGuy, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "The app misrepresents itself." At least offer a free trial if you’re going to be missing a basic doc import feature. Terrible app -- jncole5432, 2024-02-24 ### *---- "App Crashing" I’ve used FormConnect for over 2 years. No out of nowhere my app is crashing and I can’t open it. Please fix this so I give higher star rating. -- Ksmash21, 2022-04-13 ### ***** "Ease of use" I was able to build several simple forms within the first hour. Forms can be locked and automatically emailed- never lose critical info! -- Gcz., 2021-03-28 ### *---- "Update Needed" The app is having issues on the iPad and iPhone. Numerous crashes. When signing you can no longer see the eraser button or one button which has always showed up in the past. When sending notes (even after locking signature) the signature will disappear. -- Inspiration10, 2020-11-19 ### ***** "Fantastic App and Developer" I’ve been looking for an offline form app, and this works wonderfully. After creating multiple records offline, I can export as individual PDFs, or run some numbers in excel. I had a few minor questions, and the developer was quick to respond and assist. -- Appathetic, 2020-10-01 ### *---- "FormDontConnect" The worst app I have ever had the misfortune of downloading. Developer blames Apple and Apple blames the developer. Either way we all lose. I can’t believe my company would even consider this a viable product. HOT GARBAGE. Don’t waste your time -- BigBuilder4U, 2020-05-01 ### ***** "Ease of use" This program is very easy to use. It’s nice to be able to create different folders and design the forms to fit my needs. I love this app! -- Tapdnzr, 2020-01-16 [View all FormConnect Pro reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## FormConnect Pro In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | FormConnect Pro+ | $1.99 | ## FormConnect Pro Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | United States | Business | #25 | | Top Paid | United Kingdom | Business | #37 | | Top Paid | South Africa | Business | #50 | | Top Paid | Australia | Business | #65 | | Top Paid | Norway | Business | #86 | | Top Paid | Netherlands | Business | #90 | | Top Paid | New Zealand | Business | #93 | | Top Paid | Canada | Business | #99 | | Top Paid | Pakistan | Business | #124 | | Top Paid | Czechia | Business | #161 | | Top Paid | United Arab Emirates | Business | #162 | | Top Paid | Belgium | Business | #170 | | Top Paid | Poland | Business | #171 | | Top Paid | Denmark | Business | #182 | | Top Paid | India | Business | #182 | | Top Paid | Thailand | Business | #212 | | Top Paid | Türkiye | Business | #215 | | Top Paid | Colombia | Business | #216 | | Top Paid | Portugal | Business | #236 | | Top Paid | Ireland | Business | #239 | | Top Paid | China | Business | #241 | | Top Paid | Mexico | Business | #243 | ## Apps Similar to FormConnect Pro -
