## Formula Reviews in United States

### *---- "DISAPPOINTMENT"
Very disappointed in this program. The only advantage that I see to this point is logging daily food intake and even that is lacking compared to the noom program. There are no meal plans for beginners even though a survey was done asking food preferences and allergies. No words of encouragement or suggestions to eat for snacks, etc.
-- January Resolution, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Waste"
Don't waste your money. This app gives you nothing more than a way to track what you eat. There's no actual plan.
-- OMG!!3800, 2025-01-02
