forScore Reviews

The best app for music scores and other pdfs

Reisen7 on

United States

While I started using it for just music scores (and for that it has tons of useful tools and even more if you pay a very modest yearly subscription fee), now I also use it for any pdfs that I want to annotate. The easy and fast integration with google drive and dropbox making importing files soooo easy. I just love this app so much! I consider it my #1 app purchase for my iPads.

My annotations keep disappearing after I press done.

My annotations keep disappearing after I press done. 3 to 6 hours of writing translations is just gone

Buena app peeero

Muy buena app pero para no ser gratis te limita el uso de todo ,pienso que si tenemos que pagar por ella debería incluir todas sus funciones

Big Issues For Me

Eddieredsox on

United States

Two big issues: 1. when bars of music run over to the next page, there's no way to cut and paste the bars to make the transition easier. A foot peddle doesn't solve the problem. 2. Accessing features like the metronome is impossible because the page turns whenever I touch the screen. Back to paper. Wish could get my money back.

Suggestions:

Please make the metronome and piano volumes adjustable! Also, it would be helpful if we could see the tuner somehow without it covering up the sheet music, like in the top menu bar in place of the “tuner” symbol it should just read whatever the tune is in that spot? Otherwise love it!

Review forScore

I was very disappointed in the software. I found it very “non intuitive”, There is no “help” file or option. There is no font adjustment or perhaps OCR. I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. BILL FROM COLORADO

Not voiceover friendly

Nino8jp on

United States

I am legally blind musician, and was looking for an app to hold all of my music. I use voiceover on the iPad, which is a screen reader, I was really hoping this app would be accessible for screen reader. Unfortunately, I just pay $19 for an app that’s not accessible, if you’re one of the developers of this app, can you please make it accessible for people that use voiceover screen reader.

Needs Apple’s pencil writing system

Romero63 on

United States

Amazing app! I love having all of my music organized on one app! The only thing I wish it had was apple's pencil writing software. It is frustrating trying to write with my Apple Pencil when it is not writing accurately and bugs out. It is a struggle to write sometimes. If they can get access to apple’s writing system, this app would literally be perfect! I hope that this is something that can happen.

Laggy

A.L.123 on

United States

Sometimes lagging when zooming in/out or annotating.

Customer service
