So high expectations but…
The app is ok. Pianists seem to love it. However, technically speaking the iCloud sync is laughable. If you need the app to share scores on multiple devices without printing then this is not for you. I hope they look into this issue.
Used to be amazing
Was a brilliant app but now if you change the key of a piece and download it, the original key downloads - not the new one you wanted. Please sort soon,
Bugs are everywhere, tech support awful
ForScore has been bug-laden since 2022. Specifically, archive backups are completely messing up pdfs, cropping them incorrectly and introducing annotations scrawl from other pages. Exporting PDFs currently, crops the bottom half off each A4 size page after I’ve cropped it and exported as an annoyed pdf. The company that make the app ignore helpful input, and refuse to reply to so many of us.
Is company defunct?
Doesn’t work at all! I can open a score but then can never exit (like hotel California). Try to get support but only get ‘error establishing data connection’ message. Sounds like it used to be a good app.
Your update made it worse
This is so far one of the most disappointing apps. It doesn’t even change the page without charging for five seconds. So disappointing
Page turning glitches
Disappointed with a total lack of response from support team regarding a recent problem with page turns using blue tooth pedal. Since the last update pages are, intermittently, jumping forward and turning two or three pages at once, when in landscape mode. (works perfectly in portrait). Despite being a forScore pro subscriber, my several messages requesting support and advice have been completely ignored. Otherwise a brilliant app which has served me perfectly for many years - I would gladly give it five stars if support was forthcoming, especially, as a pro subscriber.
Don’t know how I ever lived without it!
ForScore has transformed my whole approach to music. I now have all pieces with me at all times across all my devices. At last I am organised and never caught short for a particular piece. No more need for printing and keeping multiple copies across several files. A total game changer!

Simply put, an I-pad + this app is a total game changer. It’s changed my world, in a completely positive way.
No More Tabs
I have been using this app for a number of years and it has been a game changer, especially on gigs. Your latest update to 14.2 and tabs no longer works! I hope this is an error and not a feature!
