## Fort Worth MyH2O Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bill"
I paid my bill and it took it out of my bank account but it’s not showing on my app that it’s been paid
-- Saltinecracker1234, 2025-04-25

### **--- "Problems submitting"
For three consecutive months I have gone through the app to pay my water bill. Each month the system has had a problem with my payment. First it would not accept my account number that I was reading off of my paper bill. Next it would not recognize my phone number. Finally, today it said I had incorrect payment information. I hand entered all the information and double checked each line of information.
-- MED SUP, 2025-02-27

### *---- "Auto enroll changes are impossible"
Auto enroll changes for billing is impossible on the app and customer service isn’t able to help with auto pay enrollment. How do you expect us to pay the water bill if the system doesn’t allow updates for new payment information??? Beyond frustrating I just want to make sure my bills are paid! This is such a hassle and waste of time.
-- Brandi luscious, 2025-01-24

### ***-- "Update?"
I'm trying to pay my bill and it tells me to update the app. It takes me to the App Store but it only says OPEN, not UPDATE. Perpetual loop!
-- Jenniferdhursey, 2025-01-22

### *---- "Not worth the frustration"
Trying to work with this application simply adds more frustration to trying to deal with the Fort Worth Water Department.
-- mikelambert2, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Works poorly"
The app doesn’t function well on iPad thing arebeyond the screen so the functions don’t work and the usage isn’t as good as on the website.
-- beach girl 41, 2024-11-23

### **--- "Not user friendly always"
I have issues always logging into this website every since their last update. Sometimes it doesn’t take my Username that is saved on the website and sometimes it doesn’t like my password. I have to reset the password multiple times or just call in to make a payment.
-- Da'Sani, 2024-10-27

### ***-- "Unreliable"
The app has face recognition for sign-in, however never works. Even with password saved, it won’t retain and allow auto login.
-- D-drizzle, 2024-10-19

### ***** "Ease of pay"
Great app
-- Easy app for a city, 2024-09-18

### ***** "Payment notification"
Payment notification is great! I won’t miss my payment anymore. With my busy schedule, it’s wonderful to have this in place. Thank you for the future option.
