Arrived at Fortress two hours after purchasing, worker scanned the QR code and inventory displays none available, so was told that it may still be on the way. Understandable, I came back at 6 hrs later only to encounter the same issue. After waiting for half an hr, the workers returned with the item and expressed sincerity for the inventory issue since there was stock available.
