Should be upfront
Should be upfront and just charge the subscription fee before we waste time and energy downloading the app and figuring out how to use it. It should say from the start that we cannot save or share the photo without subscribing to the app with a payment. In other words, this app does not work without payment. Also, it was very difficult to use the camera. Not user friendly

The process is free and easy 4 stars. but to pay to retrieve your copy , no star. They’ve requested to review the app before you can save your photo. In order to save your photo you need to purchase the app.

Passport photo rejected
For Malaysia passport online application, best not to use any apps as they are rather strict. Mine had to be re-taken at the govt office. Quick shout out to App co who agreed to refund my purchase due to the rejection. Thanks I appreciate the effort in giving good service.
Scam! Avoid!
They made it so difficult to cancel the subscription! You cant cancel it in the app itself! It’s a scam! Reported to Apple!
Charge Without Notification
Exact same thing that the person said, it cost me $2.98 and suddenly i got a pending payment of $28.98?! even though i already canceled the subscription. now i can’t even download any app great. it affects my work.
