Fotozap Scanner

Add a photo retrieval and customer survey system to your event, venue, or festival. Capture photos and videos of consumers using Fotozap Booth and Fotozap Camera, then use Fotozap Scanner to pre-register guests or set it up as a retrieval, sharing and/or printing station. Or use the App to have guest fill out a form prior to entering the venue.
We can also add pre-registered guest data to a QR code that is displayed on an ID badge or lanyard. Then when the code is scanned during a guest interaction, all of that data is captured via the scan.
Use Scanner to see where guest visit in your exhibit area. Each scan records a visit to a specific exhibit.

Fotozap Scanner allows you to:
- pre-register guests who will participate in the photo opportunity
- allow guests to privately view and share their images after the photo opp
- set up an on-demand printing station so guests can choose from their photos and print the photos as a gift or purchase
- enable events with multiple photo opportunities that can be linked together with an event pass
- record guest visits to specific exhibit booths
This software works with pre-printed photo pass cards or wristbands. These can be used to trigger photo booths, special FX videos, green screen photo experiences, DSLR photo capture, and other photo activations.
Then use Fotozap Scanner to scan the card so that consumers can pre-register to receive their photo; share their images social from their phone or sharing stations; and even print a glossy photo onsite.
Each card contains a unique code and URL that consumers can use to view and share their private photo, along with a unique QR code that can also be used.
Consumers simply hold up their card to an iPad running Fotozap Scanner, and the app instantly recognizes the QR Code and loads a form.
The app can be set with a variety of collection options. Upon scanning you can:
- display a photo that was captured moments (or months) before
- display a custom web form to collect survey data
- collect consumer's email address or SMS number
- display an offline survey (no wifi connection required, but data is stored for upload)
- collect NO data (just display the photo)
- display info that is stored within the QR Code
- a full custom form.
The consumer can then choose to print their photo on an attached or wireless professional photo printer.
