### *---- "App not optimized for iPad"
Still early in my experience with the application as a whole, so no comment on the banking experience. I am looking forward to streamlining the accounting process to one application instead of the three I currently use.

However, the mobile app is only optimized for viewports on a phone. Generally accounting workflows beyond quickly capturing expenses or generating an invoice require more screen space. Support for iPadOS is a pretty basic user expectation, particularly for business applications.

### **--- "Broken trust"
I wanted to be able to give this app my full trust. It has great features that really appeal to me as I formalize and professionalize my business. But after having had an account for a few months, and immediately after making my first ever transfer of money into my Found account, I was presented with a screen on the app that prompts you to accept third-party biometric identity verification. The small print says, in part, “By clicking the button below, you consent to Persona, our vendor, collecting, using, and utilizing its service providers to process your biometric information to verify your identity.” 

But here’s the kicker—there’s no way to see your account without “clicking the button below.” It’s a form of extracting coerced consent from the user with a random requirement they may not be comfortable with, foisted onto the user with no warning after they have may have already deposited money in there. 

This method of obtaining “consent” through strongman design tactics is utterly maddening and is a trust-breaking experience. Though I am likely to “consent” to this requirement in the short term , I will be looking to change banks as soon as I can after I pay the tax expenses I have already tracked in this app. I am extremely angry and disappointed.

### *---- "Terrible banking untrustworthy"
This banking app is terrible. You do not get to talk to anybody. Everybody message you through emails. I had deposited money into this account and I have money missing there are charges on my account that I have never made the credit card merchant machines that they offer are terrible. I even have money missing from there. I filed dispute against these charges and gave them all the proof that they leave and they message me back weeks later saying that unfortunately they cannot help with my dispute. I had charged a customer’s credit card. The payment never went through. I submitted a refund and then they charged my customers credit card triple the amount of what it was supposed to be. They are untrustworthy. They are a fake bank. They don’t honor their words. Don’t trust your money with this company.

So let’s get into the first problem this bank made one of my credit card payments bounce and I recently had my card hacked I reached out and had a guy name reed respond to the email saying no error was occurred if we take a look at the transactions that charge was in a whole different state other than where I’m located now they didn’t ask for any additional information to even see how this could’ve happened if you’re trying to dispute something on here it won’t work get you a real bank Wells Fargo, td bank, chase, ones that are local and won’t do you wrong if you want a different bank that’s off shore and better Varo BANK they make everything look good based of the business concept and the cards look nice especially knowing you can put your business name but you can’t put no real money into here because it’s not safe I’ve disputed something another time on here they did nothing to solve the issue you might as well talk to a robot and ain’t nobody picking up the phone so safe your self the time and money because you’ll be upset when you see they don’t care

So far- So good.
I have been with Found for a few months, and what has attracted me to them is the accountant, friendly apps of organization. I love the fact how it makes schedule (C’s) ez to fill out. Plus the 1099 & W9 forms available. It’s just great for a small business owner. I haven’t had in issue to where I needed to call in, and from reading other reviews I would like the ability to call-in if I make this my primary banking account. I will be syncing other bank accounts for tax purposes soon, and see how that goes!

### ****- "Found: Banking & Accounting All-In-One and For Dummies"
Found is Business Banking and Accounting all-in-one. When income comes in the app will automatically put your tax rate into your taxes account. You can set up pockets for each account to keep every expense, income and tax separate. Very easy to understand accounting. Also Found links right up with Stripe payment processing. You can also get a separate debit card for each expense account. I personally have one for my primary and inventory purchases. Therefore, each time I make an inventory purchase the app instantly sends a push notification telling me how
Much of a tax write off I get to claim for the purchase.
