App seems to not be linking up with new accounts. I can log in to the website, but not the app. Pretty poor functionality for this day and age.

For days have tried to log in with multiple accounts in the family. We have used different phones. We have deleted and reloaded the app. We have changed the passwords. We have suffered through a “chat” with Four Winds in which they ultimately just said someone else was coming onto the chat to help and then they signed off and left me hanging. No one else ever came on the chat. They basically hung up on me. Go ahead and try to log in. You will get a pretty picture of a feather and the message: Sorry! Wrong user ID or password. Complete fail.

My login works fine on the four winds website and always has. This app says my password is wrong every time even though I’m using the exact same password. Hasn’t worked since I installed it months ago.

App is trash. Can’t log in. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with numerous people. Was asking around at the bar and everybody has said the same thing.

This app is junk. I can get it to load using my iPhone, but no offers come up, and no ability to tap on any location except NB. Why even have the app available? The app promotes Four Winds, NB, but forget about getting a rundown on your offers, points, or any info about the 3 other locations…just NB.

When it works, it’s great.

It’s been MONTHS since your app has worked. Fix it!!!!!

With as big as four winds casino is, one would think they could fix their app. It has not worked for about a year now. Won’t load, just stuck on loading screen.
