App seems to not be linking up with new accounts. I can log in to the website, but not the app. Pretty poor functionality for this day and age.

For days have tried to log in with multiple accounts in the family. We have used different phones. We have deleted and reloaded the app. We have changed the passwords. We have suffered through a “chat” with Four Winds in which they ultimately just said someone else was coming onto the chat to help and then they signed off and left me hanging. No one else ever came on the chat. They basically hung up on me. 
Go ahead and try to log in. You will get a pretty picture of a feather and the message: Sorry! Wrong user ID or password.
