## Fourth Description
Fourth is the world's leading provider of innovative software services to the hospitality industry and the Fourth App is the mobile gateway to access all of Fourth's and our partner's capabilities. Using our purpose built platform, where team collaboration is at the center of everything we provide, the Fourth App brings to life the processes required to run an efficient and effective hospitality business that customers love.

Evolving the employee experience while at and away from work, Fourth has a variety of mobile apps, which help run your business with our Workforce Management, and Purchase-to-Pay and Inventory solutions. Allowing employees to collaborate with each other, apply for holidays, view and manage their scheduled shifts, count stock, order and receive deliveries, and much, much more.

Fourth’s Workforce Management solution:

Makes the lives of your managers and employees easier. Managers save hours every week by quickly building accurate schedules, and approving shift changes at the touch of a button. They can also publish open shifts, keep connected and stay on top of business performance on the go. Employees get more exact schedules, and can quickly and easily requests swaps, suggest unavailability, volunteer for open shifts, request time off and view payroll information, while staying connected with the business, their managers and their colleagues. Managers get out of the back office so they spend more time with their teams and customers, and employees feel happier and more engaged with the business, improving productivity, company culture and employee retention.

Fourth’s Purchase-to-Pay and Inventory Management solution:

Keeps operators on top of inventory by ensuring regular valuations are quickly and easily captured. Placing orders, completing inventory counts and goods receiving are completed on mobile devices, saving hours of time and eliminating errors caused by re-keying data. Actual Cost of Sales (COS) is easily calculated, and the gap between actual and theoretical is effectively highlighted and can be driven down as actual COS factors in all transactional data, daily sales and other account transfers and inventory movement. The result is better inventory management, ensuring you have sufficient products to meet demand while reducing waste and removing unnecessary administration.

Getting started with the Fourth App:

The Fourth App requires a Fourth Account to login, your employer needs to have given you access through an activation email and if you have any problems with access you should contact your line manager.

## Fourth Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Disaster"
I could make a better app in Minecraft survival
-- Capitalism works sometimes, 2025-01-02

### ***** "Great App"
app has always been fine for me!
-- neown25, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Won’t let me in, but won’t send me help to log in"
THREE YEARS I’ve been arguing with this app to get logged in so I can see my rota. Three. It’s NEVER worked. The email requests for support on the log in screen don’t send the email despite the email I’m submitting being the one that was on my paperwork when I joined my company and that Fourth actively sends me notifications to do with minimum wage increases. So clearly the address is correct.
-- Scotskid, 2024-12-28

### *---- "worst app i’ve ever used in my life"
awful. logs you out all the time and breaks every other time you open it. completely unusable.
-- crowman191, 2024-12-26

### ***** "Works without issue"
Never had a problem with it. My phone logs me in every time and I can use it without any problems
-- Mike_Oxtinks, 2024-10-15

### *---- "Pls fix this Garbage!!"
The guys developing this app are not serious individuals. It’s been ages since iOS 18 has been, yet there is no update for this app. Can’t login, can’t book holidays, can’t do nothing if you have updated your iphone to iOS 18. pls fix this garbage asap! Such an excuse of an app! Most reviews here have either a 1 star rating, says a lot about how you run this company!
-- rockpriest777, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Log out every time"
I have to log in every single time I open the app. And it crashed so many times when I was trying to open my schedule. I don’t know it’s quite a common bug. But it’s really annoying!!
-- 高海璇, 2024-09-06

### *---- "Terrible"
Utter rubbish
My company blessed us with this trash ..
I’d rather have a pizza party 🤷‍♂️
-- Red baron 1197, 2024-09-02

### ***** "Stupid app"
Why tf does it keep logging me out and I have to constantly keep putting my details. Some dumb app fix this
-- Tre_ilzz, 2024-08-19

### *---- "Can somebody with knowledge in app developing take over the app?"
The app logs out every single bloody time, so you have to constantly be logging in with the credentials.

And no, for some reason it doesn’t accept the credentials on the first attempt, so you always have to insert email and password two times because the first time everything simply disappears.

I mean come on guys there’s a trillion app developers in the world just fire these people and get new, better ones. It’s really really a trivial task to make a simple app work
