Why do you need so much access and control? My contact and photos have nothing to do with why I bought this camera. What it records you have limited access to and it’s under the guise of loosely guarded material. What if something gets recorded you don’t want seen? Little to no privacy whatsoever. The customer service is beyond appalling and unprofessional offering little to zero assistance unless you enjoy talking with a bot. If I could still send this back I would. I didn’t have a single issue with my setup or user experience. Camera has 3 resolution modes (720p, 1080p, and 4K full HD). You need to give it access to your photo album for it to save recorded videos and pictures, which is no big deal, most social media requires the same access. Uninstalled and trashed the cam. -- Bbarrrett, 2022-08-25 ### *---- "Unable to save videos to my device" After a LOT of effort I eventually got the cameras connected to the app. The cameras recorded to a SD card and I was able to download the videos from the SD card using the app. The problem? It just saved them to the “album” in the app itself. I can watch the videos in the app, but can’t download them from the album to the photos/videos on my device. So, I can’t edit or share or do anything with them at all. There is what looks like a download button, but it does nothing. And if I click the share button there is no option to save it to Photos. Any attempt to save to files or to read the data directly off of the SD card into a computer both result in unusable files that literally nothing can read or use or import. So, I’ve got a camera and associated app that, with a lot of pain, I was able to take video with sound using. But I can ONLY watch that video in the app itself and nowhere else. It is stupid. Multiple attempts to reach out to developers for assistance have been worthless. No response.
