I've repeatedly tried to simply scroll through the home screen, & whatever my finger touches during the scroll motion, it switches the screen. If you drag your finger to scroll the screen & you touch the daily forecast during the scroll motion, it immediately switches the screen to the daily forecast. It does the same thing if you drag your finger to scroll past the radar or a video.
