I have a long list of apps that are keen to enable notifications for minor things, yet this app has none and yet is the most in need of notifications when the system goes down! A breathtaking oversight and really annoying as I’ve lost many days of solar production as a result.

It does what it’s supposed to, but the grid line into the house is labelled battery, and the grid label is nowhere near the grid line. It’s graphically such a mess that it annoys me every time I open it. Just sort it out guys as the visual errors are completely unnecessary.

The lines to and from the battery do not make sense. When we are feeding the battery, it looks like we are using energy from it.  It's NEVER clear how much is going to, or coming from the Grid, as the line never lights up. The green line to the battery shows the battery being fed when we are actually using the battery. A child could have designed better! Bring back the old app - it actually worked!

### **--- "2nd forced charge programming doesn’t work"
We regularly get “free”electricity from our supplier so I usually set the 2nd forced charge period for the time the electricity is free. No problem in the old app, but I get a message “parameter does not meet expectations” in the new one. If I go back into the old app and do it, it works fine still + it’s shows-up in the new one. This needs to be fixed before the old app is discontinued!!

Great when it’s working but so often now it goes offline.  Very frustrating as I can’t programme the battery to import energy at times when its cheaper.

This app is awful I am trying to log on with my username and password which is constantly not recognised.  If you try and change the password it asks for a verification code? What is this? It is completely confusing.  If you go to the demo page you can’t get back to the log in page.  Any help would be useful especially on changing passwords and verification codes

1.  SOC: ver 2.0 gives the wrong value - 95% when 1.0 is giving the correct value of 59%.
2.  The graph only gives 2 parameters - 1.0 has the choice of 5.
3.  The house animation is harder to read than the diagram in 1.0.
4.  In 1.0 the individual cell voltages are available. This doesn’t seem to be the case in 2.0.

Please can we stay with the original?

I continued to use the v1 app as the battery charge settings never work, you enter the times as you did in the v1 app and just get “Parameter does not meet expectations” error. This didn’t matter as I could continue to use the old app, but now I’m getting warnings that the old app is being discontinued. Please fix the v2 app before you remove functionality!
