The problem is, the upgrade they want me to download is not available 🤷‍♀️ -- Hopeful🦋, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Rate" I hate apps that won’t let you use unless you update the app first. -- jpmbeans, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "App doesn’t work, can never login" I’ve been using the Florida Power & Light (FPL) app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it’s been a frustrating experience. Every time I try to log in, I encounter the same error message: “Our system is experiencing a temporary issue. Please try again later.” This problem has persisted for months, rendering the app completely useless. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps—updating the app, reinstalling it, ensuring my iOS is up to date, and checking my internet connection—but nothing resolves the issue. It’s evident from other user reviews that I’m not alone in facing this problem. For instance, a user reported that the app “says that it is temporarily unavailable” and that “it has been like this for months” . As a major utility provider, FPL should prioritize delivering a functional and reliable app to its customers. The inability to access account information, pay bills, or report outages through the app is unacceptable. I urge FPL to address these ongoing technical issues promptly and provide its customers with the service quality we deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. -- EmJayKae, 2024-12-28 ### *---- "Not updated" Software release but don’t work -- Met01, 2024-12-28 [View all FPL reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## FPL Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Utilities | #244 | ## FPL Discovered Keywords - fpl tips - fpl team - fpl energy services - myfpl - fpl mobile app - florida power and light - florida light and power - gulf power - florida power - fpl com ## FPL Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/canada) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/mexico) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/germany) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/united-kingdom) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/argentina) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/brazil) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/dominican-republic) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/france) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/india) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/chile) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/peru) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/ukraine) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/china) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/turkey) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/united-arab-emirates) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/netherlands) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/czechia) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/saudi-arabia) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/ecuador) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/kazakhstan) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/spain) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/switzerland) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/nigeria) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/new-zealand) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/romania) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/singapore) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/slovenia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/thailand) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/taiwan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/vietnam) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/south-africa) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/armenia) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/belgium) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/bulgaria) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/bermuda) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/belarus) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/denmark) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/algeria) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/egypt) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/finland) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/israel) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/kuwait) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/lebanon) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/fpl-KZl/madagascar) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
