Was ist Lachyoga?
Lachyoga (Hasya Yoga) ist ein einzigartiges Trainingsprogramm, das vom indischen Arzt Dr. Madan Kataria entwickelt wurde und gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Madhuri verbreitet wird. Es kombiniert Lachübungen mit Yoga Atmung (Pranayama), die dem Körper und dem Gehirn mehr Sauerstoff bringen, sodass man sich energiegeladen und gesund fühlt.
Jeder kann, ohne auf Humor, Witze oder Comedy angewiesen zu sein, lachen. Lachen wird erst mit Körperübung in einer Gruppe simuliert, aber mit Blickkontakt und kindlicher Verspieltheit verwandelt es sich in echtes und ansteckendes Lachen. Dabei ist es eine wissenschaftlich erwiesene Tatsache, dass der Körper nicht zwischen vorgetäuschtem und echtem Lachen unterscheiden kann und man somit die gleichen gesundheitlichen Vorteile davon hat.

Warum Lachyoga?
Jeder weiß, Lachen ist die beste Medizin und ist gut für die Gesundheit. Aber in dieser leistungsorientierten und stressbehafteten modernen Welt gibt es nicht viele Gründe, die uns zum Lachen bringen. Um die wissenschaftlich nachgewiesenen Vorteile des Lachens zu erhalten, muss man für 15 bis 20 Minuten am Tag lachen. Dabei sollte das Lachen herzhaft und laut sein. Dies ist im wirklichen Leben nicht möglich, da natürliches Lachen nur bedingt und vereinzelt für ein paar Sekunden vorkommt. Dieses - über den Tag verteilte - Lachen ist nicht ausreichend, um die gesundheitlichen Vorteile zu erhalten. Da Lachyoga eine körperliche Betätigung und nicht ein mentaler Vorgang ist, kann man über einen längeren Zeitraum herzlich lachen und so die gesundheitlichen Vorteile des Lachens erreichen.

Warum fpLaugh?
Mit fpLaugh musst Du nie mehr alleine lachen. Du kannst aus einer ständig wachsenden Anzahl von Lachern auswählen, um Dich zu Hause, beim Autofahren etc. zu animieren. Du kannst mehrere Lacher zu einer Lachgruppe zusammenstellen und diese gleichzeitig anhören. Und wenn Du willst kannst Du auch deinen Lacher in die Liste aufnehmen lassen (weitere Informationen in der App). Wenn Dein Lacher in fpLaugh ist, dann kannst Du auch Informationen über Dich, deine Veranstaltungen, deinen Lach-Club etc. in fpLaugh publizieren.

Eine Internetverbinung wird benötigt, um die Bild-, Audio- und Info-Dateien zu laden.
