This app has now logged me out (as per everyone elses description) and it won’t let me back in and even the “reset password” button doesn’t work 

Don’t waste your time even downloading this app and don’t waste your time being loyal to this coffee company

App no longer counting stamps. Scanned card 6 times on separate trips to shop and card Is stuck on 7 stamps. App in need of updates.

I’ve tried scanning this app the last 4 times I’ve bought coffee only to be consistently told I have no stamps from the app. I miss the cards I had in my purse that just required a stamp and actually worked.

For some reason the app has just stopped registering my coffee purchases. I have been on 9 stamps for the past 2 months and I have bought at least 6 coffees recently  it none have been added to my account. I raised this with the app support team who replied with “can you try pull down to refresh your app?”  Needless to say I do this already and it changes nothing. I replied to their message but I have beats nothing back from them. I think this app is absolutely useless

Password reset not working. I get the email but the reset page doesn't open. Iphone 11.
Not able to sign in so will be deleting the app unfortunately.

Used this app in Centra in Clane, Co. Kildare twice in the last month and never given credit for coffee purchases. When I point out thus morning to staff in Centra, shrug of the shoulder with the attitude of “not my problem”.  Got in touch with Frank & Co, not interested in addressing the issue either. 
Down two credits and poor reaction of both parties. Crap service and experience.

Downloaded and tried to register but can’t do this. E mailed support 3 or 4 times. Generic rubbish support. Can’t get it to register. Support now ignore my emails. Won’t drink this coffe anymore

In theory great idea, in reality it’s rubbish. Doesn’t scan the app. Really slow to update . Had to brace myself for the one time I got a free coffee, needed another coffee after it for the trauma!!

Very poor app, have this app for a couple of weeks , enjoy frank and honest coffee, afraid the app is not very honest ,  fails to upload token 50% of the time for free coffee. Contacted app administrator waste of time
