You can tap your digital card to claim on the spot at your service provider, or lodge a claim in under 60 seconds from the comfort of the couch. You can also use Live Chat* to speak to real local people about your policy, so you can multitask while (binge) watching your fav show. However the people they have developing their iPhone app seem to disagree so while I can sign into the website, the app doesn’t even let me try. So this app is useless.
