Worst App and Worst concept ever period
For the last 3-5 occasions I had been to a Frasers managed Mall.
I was informed that the Frasers handheld is down as there is no power or network, so the retailers were unable to give me the points.
Seriously, can Frasers upgrade to let consumers scan the receipts rather than give EXCUSES of no power or no network and those PENALISING consumers!!!!
If not, at least ENFORCE all retailers to keep the handheld charged - which is a very simple idea.
Worse Mall App Experience goes to Frasers!!!

Darkened screen, no response to anything.
Edit: the screen unfreezes and lights up back to normal after taking a screenshot lololol

Lousy support. Case raise to them weeks ago but unable to resolve.
Unable to update Given Name
Please fix. Given Name field is static, no cursor when selected. How to update? Surname can update. Noticed fields with asterisk has black button “Update”, Given Name field has an asterisk also, is it missing the black “Update” button? Contact CS, was advised to update via APP. HOW TO DO THAT?
Inflexible developer app
I’m a regular user of CapitaStar user. It was a disastrous experience when I finally downloaded the Frasers app. Really pales in comparison, cannot pay according to the bill amount, always got to keep buying vouchers in blocks of $10s or so. Cannot scan merchants’ receipts to earn points, must ask the merchants to use their system to award us the points during payments, even the merchants find it a hassle when they had to do this extra work during peak dinning periods!
Right now, I can’t wait to use up my vouchers and stop using this app altogether.
Annoying intro ad
Everytime I open, that irritating ads appear first..please turn it off.
Expired gift cards
I have 2 gift cards worth $10 each were expired on 6th April and I am not able to redeem cos due to renovation in Tampines 1 and a lot of shops in Century Square don’t have the machine to redeem. appreciate your help to review and restate my gif cards. There is no other channel to write in for appeal. Thanks.
