Nothing on the app makes sense! Can it not be straight forward. This is how much you owe, this is owed for this month, next month etc…. Break It Down SIMPLE! Instead you have to click here and there and everywhere and it STILL DOESN’T MAKE SENSE!!! Keep it SIMPLE!! It’s not rocket science! And the notifications…. Don’t get me started! Where are they?!
This is the worse app I’ve ever used. Bills are just being posted without details of your returns. I made a purchase of about 3£00 on two separate occasions, and have paid back more than £350 already and surprisingly this morning, another payment of £41+ due reminder was sent to me. All attempt to speak with them by phone is unsuccessful because they don’t have any customer service number, not even a chatbot at this time and age? And they are aware they spoiling my credit rating. This platform is fraud, please avoid it. I wish I had read previous rating before registering for FRASERS PLUS. They’re SACM. Don’t be fooled.

Really awful app. Looks easy but had me paying late fees. Quite hard understand
Compared to another apps like Klarna and Clearpay, this app is really confusing and disorganised. Doesn’t tell you clearly how much is due and when. I almost missed payments because of that. Once I’m done paying for my first and last purchase with Fraser I’ll be deleting the app.
This app is so simple to use, Very easy to navigate. You can do everything from payments to checking orders. Very easy to use. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very unclear app. Your payments for purchases are separate so if you buy in august and then again in September, trying to find the previous purchase is a nightmare and you can loose track of what is going on. Very poor app layout .

I paid my invoice on day they said paid in full keeps telling me not paid got bank details as proof of pay been told by Frasers that they have found payments but still not rectified my account been charged £10 for late payment but paid before date can’t contact anyone no phone number to talk to someone 😡😡going to see legal advise so it doesn’t affect my credit rating worst app ever as soon as it’s been sorted I will never use this app again
