So frustrated with this app! It constantly doesn’t allow me to select the nearest store when I checkout. It puts me in a loop every single time I try to check out to select a different location. I would use the app more often if it wasn’t so difficult to place a pickup order.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled and the app still won’t work. I can’t click on anything or type in the search bar. Latest update has killed this app and I can no longer get get groceries at Fred Meyer!

The app gives me options first that are not even my search option and secondly gives me items that aren’t in stock. We can’t filter to say only items in stock either.

I get a connection error with this app when trying to locate items in the store. It usually can’t find the store.

Slow to launch, randomly performs slow reset when coming out of background. Digital coupon scanner broken, just launches url in embedded Safari instead of applying coupon.

No part of this app works at all, the cashier had to manually apply all the digital coupons for me

This app used to work great but now consistently freezes on my iPad. If I uninstall and reinstall it works briefly but then goes right back to freezing and being unusable…. atrocious!!

I dislike the ad layout in app. It’s all over the place. In an effort to see the ad, scroll down, then right, left, down, it’s like playing Pac-Man on a phone. Irritating and waste of time. Jugs of mouthwash, shampoo, protein supplement shown as “Essentials”. How much shampoo/mouthwash do you think we use a year? “Tailgate into the New Year” displays large screen tvs. How many of us bring huge tvs to pregame tailgate parties. Who can afford NFL parking tickets? Game tickets? We are coupon clippers looking to feed our families. Stop fooling around. I prefer the old weekly ad. Everything without having to move right, left etc. if something peaks my interest, just enlarge for detail info. Efficient. I see that the original ad is an option. But sometimes not. So delete the app, reinstall, update, or update IOS, are all the motions needed to find out why the loved ad is gone. One more item. While in store, using FM app/search…Please stop with the trivia. i.e. “Most cherries are grown in Washington”. I’m not looking for fruit. Why the chit chat? The store is busy, head banging Muzak, customers coughing, sneezing,kids screaming and your trivia info is another irritating distraction while in store. Stop it. Why are the in store shopping carts so huge? Sometimes the smaller ones are used up. The new carts are like pushing cruise ships/sky scrapers around. Aisles are clogged and dreadful to maneuver your wheeled monoliths. Wheels are wrapped with hair/trash, and wants to go in the opposite direction. Fix this please.

I think the last update broke it. As other recent reviews have said, the whole app freezes up when you try to tap the search bar. I have important holiday shopping to do and this is a bad time of year to not be able to search where things are in the store, or check if they’re in stock. 😖😖😖

Update. Latest update fixed the crashing issue. Everything works like it should. Great app for shopping in store. Use it to find what I am looking for. Really helps now that the store was rearranged recently. Even has in store GPS to get you directly to the item.
