I’m ordering for my reward, but sometimes I go through drive-thru and there’s no taste to the burger or it’s not made the way I ask. Last time I went I asked for a single Cali burger and was charged for a dbl. And time before asked for no tomato and got tomato! Not a lot of attention to detail! I used to really like Freddy’s, but he’ll off a bit! Still love the custard!

I can never log in despite creating an account and changing the password multiple times. Otherwise no problems when ordering other than nothing saves.

Worthless app. Repeatedly told me my password was incorrect. Changed it 3 seperate times and each time it said the new password was also incorrect. Finally just say screw it and use my Apple info to log in and at that point everytime I tried to pick a side for a combo meal it would not let me pick any side besides the kettle chips. Wasted a half hour of my life and never even got the thing to work. Never had such a headache on any other food app.

Never works, never signs me in, recovered password, nope still won't let me log in. The website does work, but conveniently they require the user of the app for some of their deals, nice  because I can't just it anyways.
