I’m ordering for my reward, but sometimes I go through drive-thru and there’s no taste to the burger or it’s not made the way I ask. Last time I went I asked for a single Cali burger and was charged for a dbl. And time before asked for no tomato and got tomato! Not a lot of attention to detail! I used to really like Freddy’s, but he’ll off a bit! Still love the custard!

Worthless app. Repeatedly told me my password was incorrect. Changed it 3 seperate times and each time it said the new password was also incorrect. Finally just say screw it and use my Apple info to log in and at that point everytime I tried to pick a side for a combo meal it would not let me pick any side besides the kettle chips. Wasted a half hour of my life and never even got the thing to work. Never had such a headache on any other food app.

This app constantly logs me out if I don’t use it for like a week, and they don’t accept the password to my account when I do either. And it’s not a me problem of forgetting my passwords, because I literally WRITE THEM DOWN. Word for word, bar for bar. I put in my exact password with my exact email and still it doesn’t work. I tried changing my password 3 times today and I still couldn’t get into my account. This is the only food app I’ve had that does this (the not taking the password part). This is the worst food app in the history of technology, and it has caused me unbearable amounts of stress when trying to get into my account. PLEASE FIX IT!
