The game keeps shutting down and I’m losing my points, free lives and other power ups. Not sure if it’s the newest update causing the bug. I enjoy the game but this is frustrating and I’m ready to delete it.

Latest version VIP status freezes

Latest version is literally frozen on VIP status

Takes forever to load

Used to be a great game, but increasingly frustrating because it takes forever to load different pages

Latest version not working

Although I LOVE the game, the latest version doesn’t work. The game keeps ‘bombing out’ and kicks me out of the app. Please fix!

Arendele

Every time I go to the Arendele challenge, the game kicks out???

Game keeps on crashing

After the last update my game keeps on crashing. As soon as I go into Arendelle Plaza. My iPad Air software is up to date and I have uninstall and re installed the game. I have also restarted my iPad. Nothing works.

Store purchased

Can you please make it possible for us to purchase in the store with our gold coins, i understand you need to make money as well however some higher levels are difficult to complete without snowballs and here we are collecting all these gold coins which to me seem worthless; even if it can be 1000 coins = 1$. By the way i love the game (minus a star because of the useless gold coins)

Definitely not free

I’ve complained about this before and the game came right for a while but the developers are back to their old tricks. I am on level 855 of the Journey map and I’ve noticed that the algorithm that generates tokens needed to complete a level is once again back to not even giving you the right amount of colors or items needed to complete the level thereby forcing you to spend money on power ups to finally advance after days and days of battling the same level. Keep your children away from this game unless you are prepared for a whopping bill at the end of the month. Amazing how this also corresponds with a ticket event as well making people all the more frantic to finish a level in order to get the tickets. Developers need to take a good hard look at themselves and their motivations.

Daily bonus

Please bring back the old daily bonuses. I cannot finish the 3 day challenges without them

Arendelle

Love the game! But can't enter Arendelle for a long time now! Please help!
