The screen shots on App Store  show the familiar screen with home automation on the menu . So on that basis I updated the app. Now the layout is totally different from the original and one that you show and no home automation tab ???  .  So I see there is a different legacy app . I assume that will be the one I need to install . Not a good experience.

The house alarm went off today and I wasn't notified on my phone. When I looked in the app it was telling me the alarm was going off. The previous version of the app always notified me.

Good app, any way to turn off biometrics permanently off if one chooses not to use it?

Notifications sound keeps returning to system default, despite still showing the radio button as having a personal sound selected. The default sound is a minimal beep and insufficient to notify me of intruders breaking beams when I am asleep - the main need I have for notifications. This could be a significant safety and security issue.
In addition, the black background significantly reduces the contrast with the icons used for alarm set/unset not good user experience.

New app looks great, however there’s a visual glitch across devices - if one device unsets the alarm, the alarm does indeed unset but other devices won’t visually switch off part set

The new update looks and performs ok and was needed but why are we not able to add other sight widgets to a home page? We have 3 sites and it would be very useful to have them all available on one home page rather than having to switch in a silly drop down!

Had this app for a while. Generally ok, occasionally logs me out got no reason. Main issue is no in phone notifications on iPhone. I can get event emails but phone notifications are not produced on iPhone. All settings correct, checked with my installer who checked with Risco, said it should work but isn’t. Clearly a glitch.

This Risco app is simple to use making setting, part setting and unsetting as easy as sliding a toggle. Easy to view detectors and 100s of history of events. OK, so some things could have been made more clear in the manual, but my installer and service company are always happy to answer any questions.
