## Freedom First Mobile Description
The Freedom First Mobile App is a free mobile decision-support tool. It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances.


FEATURES
Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.

Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Freedom First FCU customer service directly from the app.


SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Freedom First Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Freedom First FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

The freedom first app always worked good for me but here the past week I haven’t been able to use it at all, it started out as the app not refreshing, I called freedom first about it, they said to uninstall and reinstall along with resetting my phone, after that happened the app wouldn’t even make it to the login screen, I have been getting a connection failure that says there’s a server problem on there end http status 502, error 28, which all basically says that there’s a problem with the server has a bad gateway, went to my local branch today and they said that no issues show up on my account, stating that my phone is the problem, I am going to try again on my pc but id still like to access my account on my phone since I have that with me every day.

Pretty sad you all are still choosing to charge your low income customers a minimum balance fee every month. Seems counter intuitive doesn’t it? How about putting those fees into a savings account for them instead?

Charging 7$ fee is ridiculous for not having 2500$ in checking at all times.  The name cash and stash sounds like you’re giving a checking and savings account to pre-teens for learning purposes until they graduate to checking and savings accounts. So dumb. Someone at the top was told this is a good idea, and everyone that works for him clapped and rolled their eyes.

Have banked with them for over ten years. The over draft fees are ridiculous. The credit card is the worst. They’ll automatically take money from your account for one thing but not the credit card payment but when it’s paid on the due date they take days to pull it out of the account. I live out of state and there isn’t a branch here but when I go visit home I’ll definitely be closing my account.
