## Freedom Forever Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Stop the video auto play"
I just started using this app but I can already tell it’s going to annoy the hell out of me. The automatic playing of the videos every time you switch tabs needs to be switched to play when we want it to play
-- Hfcc11, 2026-02-03

### ***-- "Don’t get solar panels you will waste your money"
My solar panels are not working and I can get help
-- Will sue this company, 2026-01-27

### **--- "What happened?"
Not showing production suddenly and the chat box gets no replies.
-- juandalita, 2026-01-17

### *---- "Bad app"
Extremely hard to contact service representative and when you do you can sit on hold for an hour or two. They never updated this app and it still shows that I’m not completely done when I actually am.
-- Jhe001, 2025-12-23

### *---- "Existing Customer"
This app is the worst!!!!!!!
It has the Contract but I cannot print it or download it
-- Brenda912, 2025-11-10

### *---- "Production information??"
The same adds come on and start videos I’ve seen 2 million times. Also I’ve been told by my utility company that I can proceed to produce my own solar! I want to see some production charts!!! I thought you said I could see at any time of day where the panels getting best production are located. Where on FF site can I see these sort of things. Solar edge doesn’t give me much!
-- wpups, 2025-07-05

### *---- "Useless"
Awful app. I can’t never see what the system is producing.
-- Hectorm1982, 2025-07-03

### *---- "No good"
App doesn’t work
-- Tone 2025, 2025-06-21

### *---- "Does not work for tracking system"
Tried multiple times to get this app to work but no dice. It worked for one day and now will not track my system at all.
-- UCDwriter, 2025-06-01

### ***** "Maryann Massachusetts"
If you are looking to go solar Freedom Forever is the way to go! They are prompt and contact you through each process. Their customer service is outstanding as I spoke with Carol today and she was very helpful and patient with me!! I highly recommend Freedom forever!!
