## Freedom Mobile My Account Reviews in Canada

### **--- "Bad app"
Really disappointing. Hard to sign in. No face sign in. Just clumsy.
-- wjbllb, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Poor network coverage n App"
I don’t see the diff between app and web version, why don’t we just use safari instead? The app needs to have the basic of the basic: remember our login session and not ask us to sign in every time
-- H.L.Soap, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Wethless app"
Half the features send you to the browser which makes you log in a second time. Cant see my bill broken down easily either. Worthless app and company hiding your information from you
-- GoodOlAndrew, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Sign in"
Sucks you have to get a code every time you want to sign in
-- Hadashville, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Great phone plans, terrible app"
This app is just a glorified web browser. May as well just open freedom on safari and you’ll get the same experience.
-- Ry Guy 77, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Needs update"
It should be easy to use
Sign in option should feature face unlock rather than putting otp again and again
-- Yashkohli77, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Double login each time and fails every time"
Double logging is annoying enough but he feels every other time please eliminate that double login. I am not quite sure why you have to have it to verification to login! Every time I step out of the page I have to do the same thing all over again and it is getting extremely annoying.
-- AyahTarot, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Unreliable"
I guess they really are a Mickey Mouse operation. I used to support them by recommending them to friends. Now that they are owned by videotron in quebec it’s going to get worse. Don’t know how much more I can take of this. Time to switch.
-- 2063690, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Worst Mobile service"
This is absolutely the worst mobile service provider. The app is just as bad. Customer service on freedom do not fix the problem one has to keep calling them for months on end.Try Roger’s, Bell or Kudo. At least these work a lot better.
-- IlyaRq, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Login required every time"
You will need to enter a lot of information and verify your identity Every Time you open this APP. What is the point!
