Double logging is annoying enough but he feels every other time please eliminate that double login. I am not quite sure why you have to have it to verification to login! Every time I step out of the page I have to do the same thing all over again and it is getting extremely annoying.

Its practically a copy paste of the web page. I would suggest the developers to work on a proper app that would help you track your data usage, pay bills, etc in a friendly manner. Also, is annoying to get that triple verification when most apps give you the option to log in with biometrics.

It’s absolutely unreliable, with a terrible app that constantly glitches and tries to trick and scam you into paying for services that either don’t work or aren’t provided. The network doesn’t work anywhere, and compared to other providers, the quality of service and coverage is significantly worse. The pricing is terrible too. I deeply regret wasting my time, nerves, and money choosing Freedom Mobile.
