Terrible!
Tried to open an account from both the website and the app. I enter my details and it throws an error while trying to send the confirmation SMS to my Greek number. This makes one wonder: if the signup process is broken, how can we trust their systems to handle our money?
Fees, fees and fees
Adding money? Fees. Buying selling? Fees. WITHDRAWING MONEY????! Fees!! For real though you are better of with revolut and also freedom is a really shady platform in my opinion but regardless fees and just more fees juicing me out of my money. Horrible app and broker.. Also no 24/7 hour support so there is that… Also okay take my money but what the heck is this disgusting UI

Pathetic customer support
Κατανοητή η καθυστέρηση του τραπεζικού εμβάσματος μέχρι ενός σημείου. Μετά από σχεδόν 4 εργάσιμες μέρες όμως, τα χρήματα μου ακομα να φανούν. Το χειροτερο απ όλα όμως είναι το τραγικά αργό customer support. Εταιρεία φάντασμα χωρίς προσωπικό Πραγματικά τραγικοί όλοι τους. Προσωπικά θα επιλέξω σίγουρα μια άλλη εταιρεία μόλις με το καλό πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω
