It just shows a black circle instead of our face. It also keeps making my patients do their signatures and pictures over and over and over and over again. It will keep saying warning pic must be captured within 5 min of signature and it was literally captured in less than two minutes. Of course this is when the picture technology is actually working. It does something else too, but I can’t remember right off hand. At any rate it’s extremely annoying and frustrating to both myself and my patients. Update …Yeah so the black circle appears apparently bec I need space at least that’s what popos up every time I take a pic which I find ridiculous when the pics are not being saved to my device they’re being uploaded to company for weekly time sheets. It’s the luck of the draw if the picture part works or not it’s just so much fun not. Now let’s talk about the extremely annoying and inconvenience of having to make my patients sign their signature and re take their picture over and over and over and over oh I’m not done yet and over and over and over and over and over and over again being told warning you must capture patient signature and pic within 5 min even though it was less than two. Like what is wrong with this company exactly what do they think I’m doing if heavens the picture isnt captured within 5 minutes, like who came up with this ridiculous rule? It needs to be changed to like 15 minutes. Maybe then when we capture the picture within 2 minutes it can stop telling me I didn’t capture it in time. Like seriously who is in charge of these rules and of the technology of the app the developers cuz it needs a revamp for real. Other than this nonsense I like the company you wanted honesty and I gave it. I’m sure yall on the tech team are working on this issue but come on seriously -- Winter Stream, 2025-01-28 ### *---- "-0 rating" This app is always stuck on the loading screen and if not it freezes when I’m trying to clock in/out. The app is always updated so it’s the app It self that’s having problems. I’m always late to clock in/out or it just won’t let me clock in/out because it’s either stuck on loading screen or freezes. -- Tammy--, 2025-01-20 ### *---- "Good luck clocking in on time" The company did not provide me with this information, It was from experiences of my own. They also will not provide any assistance, besides asking you to restart your phone if you have network related problems, Will not be able to change username or passwords if having issues either. You also cannot access this app on any other source besides a mobile device. Which is difficult when it’s function extremely slow even with my iPhone 14 Pro. Not only will mobile data and Wi-Fi both struggle to open this app, but it seems to act up specifically around necessary (clock in and out times) You must be beside your client when clocking in. Even if they aren’t awake Due to the fact, a driveway and or parking lot may not be close enough to your (working area) even if just right outside the building or bedroom you may be required to take a photo photo of the possibly sleeping client. Otherwise you won’t only be late, but you won’t be able to clock in either! I would negotiate with your client about having a spare key to access your work residence to prevent you from being late or unable to clock in due app-distance related troubles. Especially if working in extreme weather condition (Heat waves & blizzards) -- Tj_MFG, 2025-01-02 ### ***-- "Schedule HELP" The schedule cannot be edited from within the app where the instructions say “Tap on a visit to edit or delete it” That’s pretty frustrating and I don’t want to appear negligent towards my patient.
