## FreedomPop Reviews in United States

### *---- "Havent been able to renew free plan since November 2024"
Can no longer renew free plan on website. Prompts users to do via app which hasnt worked in over 9 months
-- Cleo McDowell of McDowells, 2025-07-24

### *---- "Not easy"
The app is not smooth and buggy. Auto voice CS outdated too.
-- Stergpik, 2025-07-08

### *---- "Horrible app and service"
After 7-8 months of “Internal server error” message, this 2.0.0 version is even worse. If you want to get rid of the free plans, just say so. Stop pretending and waste users’ time.
-- My name below, 2025-05-05

### *---- "Ad filled and buggy."
The app is full of ads. I have a free plan which they no longer allow you to self renew. The monthly renew process is broken and you must talk to a person to get the plan renewed.
-- Mikemacman, 2025-05-05

### *---- "No point in using app"
What is the point of the app if it gives Internal Server Error for over 6 months and requires agent renewal every month. If you want to get rid of free plans, just say so. Just stop pretending developers are working on fixing the app.
-- FreedomSucks, 2025-03-11

### *---- "Can’t even sign up"
I know you probably want free cell service, but this ain’t the app too. You can’t sign up. The app broke
-- marobuggy, 2025-03-04

### *---- "Buggy"
They force users to renew the plan in the app, but it hasn’t worked in the past 3/4 months. So one must contact support for renewal, every month.
-- Gregoo997, 2025-02-07

### *---- "Cannot renew for months"
Cannot renew
-- Gameboy100, 2025-01-28

### *---- "Can’t get past ads on iPhone 16 Pro Max"
Cannot reach the top right x button to close ad or top left “skip ad”
-- Murkundee, 2024-11-09
