Present your business phone number as Caller ID when you call or SMS text clients,  check messages on the go, plus much, much more!

Features: 

* Present your business number as your Caller ID for calls & SMS text messages

* SMS text clients (toll-free # only)

* SMS text messages (toll-free # only)

* Manage your business voicemails and faxes.

* 3-way calling. You can make 3-way calls showing your business number as your Caller ID. After placing a call through the app, you can now place the caller on hold, return to the app, place another call, then join the call together by pressing merge.

* Use one-touch dialing, to call Contacts.

* Easy redial and call history view.

* Enjoy high quality connections.

Notes:

* This application is designed for existing FreedomVoice customers.

* Calls are connected using mobile airtime, and may incur charges (based on your calling plan).

* Please use FreedomVoice WebLink username and password to login into the app.

* Mobile app calls for CloudPBX customers use a trunk line on the Service and are included when determining trunk overflow. For all other customers, mobile app calls will count toward any monthly minutes included with the Service and any minutes used in excess of those included will be billed at a rate determined by the calling plan associated with the Service.

Been a FreedomVoice customer for 12 years. But now when I type the phone number the 8th digit of the number gets swapped for the 7th number and I can’t make any outbound phone calls because the keypad enters the phone number incorrectly and I can’t copy paste the phone number I want to dial. Please fix this bug. I need to dial out!

I would think after Godaddy acquired this “company” they would have put ANY EFFORT AT ALL WHATSOEVER into this app but they don’t even fix normal bare bones minimummmmmmm functions! It’s free to download so u be the judge. Literally can’t b a more poorly designed app on the planet ever created that is worse than this app. it’s as if a five year old created it. Seriously!

The phone service itself is great however, the app is horrible. it constantly crashes and won’t allow me to update client. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing seems to work.

### *---- "App won't make outgoing calls"
Incoming calls work; they are to my personal phone, then go to Freedom Voice message if I don't pickup. BUT I can't make an outgoing call, after dialing the number in the app, a box with a different, unknown number and Call or Cancel options pops up and there is no way to make the outgoing call.

Tech support tried their best but couldn't solve it, nor did they have any means to escalate it.

Despite what the other reviews say it does work. You do have to enable caller ID. You do have to use your own cell number and it will use the caller ID of the number you have with FreedomVoice.
