Several Fixes Needed

I have used the Freeletics app for 8 years now. I’ve been there through every update, and I totally appreciate what the Freeletics team has done to improve it over the years. However, with these improvements came a bit of nuisance, in addition to older things: 1- It was not a good idea to make the “posts” not show on a person’s profile. I mean when I click on someone’s profile, scrolling down for the posts was a lot easier, especially that many of us give clapclaps back to those who give us clapclaps. 2- Also with the clapclaps, this has been a long lasting issue; pressing on the button is a hassle, and very often our fingers don’t hit it accurately and the whole post ends up expanding. If the pressing area around the clapclap button could be extended, or if double taps could be introduced like on Instagram, that would be a lot easier and more time-saving. 3- I understand the simplicity that Freeletics is striving for, especially in terms of looks, but simplicity also means less steps for the user to reach what is wanted. For this reason, I believe the notifications tab and the “single exercises” page should be brought back to the dock bar, especially that there is empty space available for them either way. I’m pretty sure that I’m not the only user who thinks so. It was so much easier when they were in the dock. Maybe they could have a more greyish color if the focus is not on them, but it would be a lot less confusing than their current places. 4- Very often, after having posted a workout I just finished, someone else’s profile picture appears next to my name, and I have to refresh the feed before mine appears again. This has been happening for several years and on 3 different phones I’ve used, and is not new. I hope the team looks into these issues, and I appreciate every single thing being done to improve the app. To more PBs and clapclaps!

With all the good features this app provides, I am not sure feedback is received or used to make modifications. It is a bit weird to write about certain exercises and yet they are repeated as if no feedback was given.

Been a Free Athlete for almost 4 years now. The flexibility, progression, intelligence, and most importantly adaptiveness of the Coach feature is unparalleled. Their apps have too many bugs though but at least they keep fixing the major ones.
