hello i have an idea about the ap and its something like preset for equipment so u can one tap for like gym place or home or if u are outside and else its a little annoying putting all stuf one by one it will be so cool what u think?

This App is my partner for more than 7 years in fitness. I love it and absolutely recommend 👍
I’m not the first one complaining, but if you have some weak or recently injured muscle group, it will permanently screw the whole training. If you say the training is hard, it will modify all the following trainings regardless of muscle group making it too easy. So you tell the AI Trainer it is easy which makes the training with the affected muscle group hard again. That’s very frustrating and useless. Fun fact, there is no regular pushups excercise, only narrow. Similar to squats, no narrow or wide squats, just regular.
Its called tailored app however its not even collected my age, weight etc. Its for people already in fit life mostly not for everbody.
Repeating the question related to AW app. Why it disappeared and can we expect it will return back? A Significant drop of control comfort without having it... Thank you.
Tablet problem: The app can not be used with a tablet very well. It is not able to change from vertical view to horizontal view. Time session problem: You can only change your session time from higher time frames to lower time frames and not vice versa. When you change your mind to have more longer workout there is no option to change it in adapt session or disable (rollback you previous choices). Your workouts will be just stuck on 30-15 minute and that’s it. History: There is no history of workouts that the app has suggested to you. So you can go back. Overall 4 stars the app is good. Just these three things are super annoying.
At its beginning, years ago, this app was good. These days, not anymore. Literary zero analytics available to the user, no comparison of same workouts performed in different timeframes in the past and based on experience i doubt there is actually working ai/machine learning behind. It feels scripted. Makes me question whether no analytics is on purpose. While it can still push you to the limits and help you get more fit, coming back after long break i am actually disappointed :(.

App itself is little bit confusing and overcrowded, but main issue is there is no Apple watch app to move between exercises. And web/Mac app would be also nice especially in the beginning, when you are learning new exercise, it is a bit easier with bigger stationary screen (can be partially solved through mirroring iPhone to Mac)
I use Apple watch all the time. Most of the times, the heart rate is not reported at all. Sometimes it shows heart rate for few minutes. Nike Training is for free and is well integrated with measuring accessories - this is how it should be done, considering this is a paid subscription
