I have the subscription through Revolut but I don’t see the point of this app. It’s not customizable at all no matter what they advertise. Exercises are extremely limited if you have no equipment. I asked it to remove core exercises because I had surgery and it still had some. You tell it from the start that you have no equipment and you still have to scroll through endless exercises that require equipment…
The very definition of a letdown Found out my revolut subscription offers a free Freeletics membership. Went in put all my data and they presented me with the worst most ineffective workout exercise I have ever seen (mind you I am training in and out of the gym for 10 years now so I might now a thing or two about fitness) The app directly asks you to rate you fitness level and the level of exercises that they will offer is at a level of middle school PT. Laughable! Guys and gal’s don’t, DON’T waste your hard earned money on this app. They don’t offer anything extra that you won’t already find on YouTube for free. Took me 10 minutes to set up the account I deleted it right after! What a waste! Even though I got the subscription “for free” it’s still not worth keeping in the phone.
App ok but too much gay and trans content in newsletters. I am not interested in it and I don’t have a way to express my preferences regarding what content I get in newsletters.
I've been using the Freeletics app for 17 weeks now, typically doing between 3 to 5 workouts per week, with most weeks 4 times per week. The app is great; I love how it adapts to your progress, providing a challenging yet manageable experience. I appreciate its variety of programs tailored to different needs. While my body looks much better now, I haven't reached my desired point yet, partly because my diet wasn't perfect. I highly recommend this app!
Useful app no matter where you are - home, gym, hotel !!!
The app is hard to use, and when I reached customer service to cancel it, in the same day that it renewed, they refused to reimburse without any excuse. Bad, bad customer service
They don’t give you a refund on their automatically renewal subscription. If you don’t use their app and forget about it, they will charge you without any notification. They don’t send any email throughout the year, especially to forget about them and not cancel their stupid subscription. Avoid them!
I've paid a subscription for this app one year ago. I found the app extremely useless and I have barely used it (probably twice). Please be aware that they automatically renew the subscriptions without letting you know (you gotta digg deep into your account). They won't offer a refund either. One of the worst client service ever.
I stopped using the app months ago and didn’t know this has automatically renew. They charged 119€ and do not want to give me a refund, even if I tried to explain that I am not using the app at all anymore.
