Auch nachdem man den Kundenservice kontaktiert wird das Problem nicht behoben. Originaltext aus der Antwortmail von Freenet Flex:
Selbstverständlich stellen wir diese schnellstmöglich wieder zur Verfügung und bitten um etwas Geduld.
Wie lange denn noch?????
Wie viel Datenvolumen man verbraucht hat sieht man ja NUR in der App!!! Heute habe ich gesehen das mal ein Hinweis in der App angezeigt wird das Vodafone an diesem Problem arbeitet. Schön das es schon seit 2 Wochen geht!
Bin als Kunde sehr enttäuscht!

Super gemachte App. Alles geht einfach und reibungslos. Man kann sich sogar seine Nummer aussuchen, das ist echt das beste. Unabhängig von der App zwei Wermutstropfen: kein 5G, und keine Möglichkeit ins Ausland anzurufen, nicht einmal nach Europa.

Ich bin aufgrund der attraktiven Kosten zu freenet flex gewechselt. 
Zunächst positiv:
- der Wechsel, die Rufnummernmitnahme und Verknüpfung mit Paypal hat bei mir ohne Probleme funktioniert.
- die App ist einfach und intuitiv gestaltet 

Meiner Ansicht gibt es aber durchaus Luft nach oben:
- die Möglichkeit keine Sonderrufnummern anzurufen ist absolut ungünstig. Ich hatte deswegen Probleme den Pannendienst zu kontaktieren. Von mir aus bezahle ich die Minuten für solche Nummern auch.
- ich würde mir wünschen, Datenvolumen manuell hinzubuchen zu können, wenn dieses innerhalb des Monats aufgebraucht bin. 
- des Weiteren würde ich mir ein Widget wünschen, bei dem ich auf einem Blick das Datenvolumen sehe und dabei nicht extra in die App muss

### **--- "Tarifwechsel mit Hindernissen"
Leider lässt sich der Tarif nur ändern, wenn vorher die App gelöscht wird und dann wieder neu installiert wird. Erst dann funktioniert der Button „Tarif wechseln“ wieder und man kann eine Auswahl treffen. Betrifft mein neues iPhone 14 (Dez 2022) mit iOS 16.2 (20C65). Auch ein Neustart des iPhones löst das Problem nicht. Nur App löschen und neu installieren. Kennen andere auch dieses Problem? Danke!

Der Bestellvorgang über die App ist einfach und intuitiv, die SIM-Karte kam am nächsten Tag, toller Service. Auch ich vermisse die eSIM als private Alternative im Diensthandy, soll aber hoffentlich im August kommen, ansonsten Respekt, nicht zuletzt für die schicke und übersichtliche App.

### ***-- "Paypal Verknüpfung - Fehlermeldung"
Wenn ich den Bestellvorgang abschließen möchte und meine Paypalzugangsdaten eingegeben habe kommt nachdem ich auf einloggen drücke immer eine Fehlermeldung und der Browser bricht ab. Ich habe es schon mehrmals versucht. Scheint ein bug zu sein. Ein bug an der Kasse solltet ihr schnell beheben. 
Ansonsten macht die App und das Konzept einen guten Eindruck. Mal sehen wohin sich das entwickelt. Hoffentlich in die richtige Richtung. Der Ansatz ist super.

Der Preis stimmt. Buchen geht einfach und schnell über die App.

Nur leider ist die Verbindung sehr unzuverlässig. Auch wenn noch viele GB Highspeed-Volumen übrig sind und vier Balken LTE angezeigt werden, kann man teilweise nicht aufs Internet zugreifen. Die App zeigt dann auch jedesmal eine Fehlermeldung.

Auf dem Papier klingt das super. Es hapert nur bereits an dem sns versand nach registrieren in der app. Ich bekomme keine sms von denen ums verrecken nicht. Andere sms hingegen klappen.

### **--- "Tarifwechsel via App nicht möglich"
Der Wechsel zu Freenet via App verlief reibungslos. Nach erfolgter Rufnummern-Mitnahme funktionierte die App nicht mehr korrekt. Dies wurde jedoch schnell behoben. Seid ca. 2 Monaten funktioniert jedoch auch der Tarifwechsel via App nicht mehr. Dieser Fehler wurde noch immer nicht behoben. Trotz 2-maliger Rückmeldung vom Freenet Team, dass dies erfolgen soll.
Liebes Freenet Team , vielen Dank für eure Antwort. Leider scheint es sich um eine standardisierte Antwort zu handeln, der nun auch Taten folgen sollten.
