I’m trying to sign up, a phone number is required, it doesn’t send the verification code to Israeli phone so I can’t sign up

They show you a price when you order a taxi and charge you double price.big mistake to use it

Never travel with them! This is a scam!!!! The driver never show up. He just confirm the drive but we never find him. He take our money in the app but us not. We try to complain on the app but it did not Worry they take me money and disappeared!
No Drivers Found in far place
App haven’t found a driver for us, we stuck outside of Rome and got charged twice by local taxi drivers.

Didn't get a SMS code
Impossible to register. Spend 30 minutes trying with different numbers.
Unauthorized charge of 10€
Take care of this app it seams to be a scam. I booked a taxi in the middle of Paris- nobody accepted the ride for 20 minutes. So I canceled and booked an UBER which arrived in one minute. Anyway when I reached the destination freenow tells me the driver arrived- for the trip I canceled 20 minutes ago. They charged me than 10€ for nothing and I deinstalled the app. Freenow offered me a voucher for 10€ - merci I definitely will never use it!
