Why is my app freezing in the evening?

application getting worst with every update, map doesn't work properly , prebook need alot of improvement specially airport in filter sudden app airport jobs appear and after few second its just disappear and at the same time its show to some other drivers, even though Having Gold status and brand ambassador still same issues better to get bolt and uber branding who paid €1400 to drivers , Charging 15% commission and Very very Poor customer service, they even dont kmow how to handle complaint, making commitment with drivers for bonus and after they said its was error, Seems joker handling company
