I am a driver and have difficulty signing in. I have sent them many emails, and I received only one reply, which was not helpful at all, even though I fully explained my problem.

I am driver and been taking 2 times longer route due rider preference and they did not pay me anything they said that trip calculation is correct!

We took a look over this fare and we find the calculations to be correct.
 
Please note that in the event a passenger asks you to take a different route, it is up to you whether you do this. If you take an alternative route in the FREE NOW driver app, then we will be unable to adjust the fare.
 
The fare for FREE NOW rides is fixed, and it is not dependent on the route you select. Only if the passengers change their mind and edit their destination, the ride fare will be recalculated.
