I am driver and been taking 2 times longer route due rider preference and they did not pay me anything they said that trip calculation is correct!

We took a look over this fare and we find the calculations to be correct.
 
Please note that in the event a passenger asks you to take a different route, it is up to you whether you do this. If you take an alternative route in the FREE NOW driver app, then we will be unable to adjust the fare.
 
The fare for FREE NOW rides is fixed, and it is not dependent on the route you select. Only if the passengers change their mind and edit their destination, the ride fare will be recalculated.

App turns off automatically sometimes when accepting jobs it will turn off automatically sometimes sending messages your trip cancelled but actually it’s not. 
Big headache call them they said too many people have this issue and we will look into it but not better still the same.
Busy time can’t accept any request.😡😡😡😡time wasting app
