I issued for a reprint two weeks after i first ordered it as I figured I was unlucky and it was lost in transit, there’s no tracking available so I wasn’t sure. The reprint was issued on the 16th of May and I still haven’t revived it. Now I’m just trying to get a refund but the AI chat is telling me I’m not eligible since i’ve reprinted the order once? Now I’m waiting on a human to review my case. It’s for a birthday tomorrow which means I need to spend more money on a present so they will have to refund me.
