Bad experience

I liked the pictures but the main issue is l added the pictures in my cart and then accidentally paid for them and l cancelled my order immediately upon realising. You guys immediately sent me an email stating that you will refund and that the order was cancelled and l should wait 2 days. 2 days later l get an email that my order has been dispatched, THE ORDER I CANCELLED !!!and its on your app that l cancelled because it says order cancelled! I never got my back ! . You guys should stick to your word! Order cancelled means order cancelled and you people confirming it mean l should get a refund not my pictures posted to me and no refund

I ordered 7 tiles and they arrived today. I absolutely LOVE them. Just what it said on the tin only better and what a GREAT price

A lot of my photos won’t fit in the photo tiles as they are too big. It would be great if i could crop them to make them fit on tile. If this could be done i would be buying alot more tiles from you. At the moment i am limited to only a few photos. Very disappointed!
