## FreePrints Photo Tiles Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Can’t fault the final product"
I love the tile. It’s going to be one of many
-- Dragonlegs, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Disappointment"
I have ordered quite a few over the years my daughter is 9 so a very long time I have recently received a order that had was for Christmas presents and for my see to finish my collection and they have all started to peel off the plastic and it has started to ruin my pictures as it now gone bubbly underneath absolutely gutted as I’ve said I’ve used these for years never had a problem always been great quality such a shame to be writing this review
-- Ash Derry 95, 2024-12-30

### ***** "Brilliant"
Great service, fabulous quality
-- Martini-2, 2024-12-23

### ***-- "Delivery failure"
It was disappointing to place an order and then for it not to arrive by Royal Mail.
Then even more difficult to speak to somebody at FreePrints with my issue.
I suggest a courier with tracking Should be used.
After two days of Messaging, I have finally been given a refund.
-- Shazza123*, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Poor Quality"
I ordered tiles for Christmas but the quality was poor therefore I contacted FreePrints but only AI messenger and got replacement tiles that are just as bad. I would rather be told it was a poor quality photo and resend one.
Trying to get a refund is impossible as you cannot speak to anyone and after being told that someone would email me by the AI messenger, I’m still waiting 3 days later.
Never buy! Very poor communication!
-- SA171, 2024-12-18

### **--- "Photo tiles"
Very disappointed when they arrived. Only 2 out of 5 were worthy of going on the wall. Other photos were out of focus, which I didn’t realize on ordering. I would have expected you to contact me to suggest choosing another photo. Will not be using again.
-- pc pint size, 2024-12-16
