Absolutely awful service.
So disappointed, I ordered a photo book for my partner on 18/12 for Christmas. Was told estimated 4-6 day delivery. I contacted them online on 23/12 - to be told it wasn’t ready - I advised I thought it would be here by Xmas - and would have thought they would be speeding up deliveries in time for Xmas. They apologised and advised they would send quickly at no extra cost.
I still have not received. Just tried contacting them again - no response.
I have now cancelled my order. I would have brought elsewhere if I knew this was going to happen. What an absolute waste of time and £78!!!

My wife opened her book with it being for Christmas from her boys to open the 1st page for it to be someone else’s wife and child. I am disgusted you can allow this!! it’s also a breach of confidentiality. I don’t even know if this lady has a photo of my kids in her book??? I wouldn’t mind but this photo of the women in question, is a special photo of her just giving birth then a photo of her new born child. My words could be a lot stronger because this was a special book from my boys to there mother, My wife had to question is this my second wife and child!!!! what a mess you caused on Christmas Day I’m so *#$$*# off… very disappointed.

I’ve ordered last few years as a gift but this year so disappointed. Offered a free upgrade for hardback but came as soft back, and I’d changed one of images I had duplicated and saved, but they reverted to previous copy - this was a gift for my daughter and despite actually contacting customer support, still no reply
never showed up
ordered item and said to be delivered by the 6th of December it’s now the 21st. i’ve emailed many times just to be ignored. i’ve done a live chat and they just said “we will look into this” and they haven’t done anything since. I need my money back and now have no gift for my grandparents for christmas. there is no option to see tracking or get a refund and i’m completely stuck as i don’t know how to get my photo book or money back.
Poor customer service
I ordered a photobook for my partners Xmas on 17/12/23 and was told it was dispatched 18/12/23 and would arrive 21/12/23 ,, to get it delivered quickly I paid extra (rush service) , I still have not received this two days before Xmas ,, I have sent 3 emails through the app asking what is going on and no reply

Disgraceful app

I ordered a very expensive photobook. Paid over £50 for it, as it contained a lot of pictures. Ordered it in time for Christmas. The app asked me to pay a further £9 for guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Which I did. I then receive a notification that it would arrive on 27th of December. Which I didn’t pay extra to hear.
I’ve sent two emails to customer services. And heard nothing back. It’s just really shoddy customer service, both in terms of the upsell on the app, to answering customer issues.

Disappointed
Order due 7 December nothing arrived. Tried to contact company on contact form and no response at all. No other way to get in contact. Two Christmas presents not to gift to someone. Sadly disappointed.
Wrong order
Completely messed up my order and I had someone else’s order what means someone has my photos of my new born baby and had no reply !

Ordered in time for Christmas, book arrived and there were white lines over every photo in the book, they said they would resend after Christmas … very helpful
