I paid 21 euro for express shipping which clearly states it will come in 2-4 days. This was a massive jump from the 3/4 euro shipping. I don’t have a lot of money so this was a hard thing for me to do but it is a very important book that I need before Thursday that’s why I paid the extra money ( which is a lot of money for shipping ) It sent me a message saying it will be here on July 1st. If I’d of known that I would have not paid for the express shipping €15/16 euro difference. It’s false advertisement and I’m very upset as a customer. I want my money back or I want to receive my book by Thursday. Fair is fair - don’t make people pay extra and state it will only take 2-4 days when it will take well over that.
